    Benjamin Ahr Harrison lives in Brooklyn. He directs music videos and comedies. He writes screenplays and prose, and occasionally blogs. He takes the occasional photograph and cooks the occasional meal. He never talks about himself in the third person. His production company is called Machine Man Inc.

      Other Stuff

      Here are some older things that you might enjoy.


      This was my intermediate film project at NYU. We shot it before the ninja/pirate phenomenon had really taken the world by storm, but by the time I had edited it the craze had passed, and I was left with this likeable, if slightly passe, film on the subject. Probably the last 16mm I’ll ever shoot.


      This was my TV studio project from sophomore year. The dialogue and a lot of the framing is stolen from an actual sex ‘education’ pamphlet that my roommates found in an actual American high school. Note the explicit absence of the mention of condoms or birth control.


      This is a little piece I shot sophomore year during a documentary unit. That’s my uncle in the lead role. He’s an amazing guy. That’s me talking to him in the video.
