Character
I made this movie with Michael Hoffman way back in 2002. I’m clearing off my hard drive now to free up some space for my latest film (see previous post), and this was just taking up space. So I got my friend B-Zone to help me mix down our sound from pro tools, and I’ve compressed it and it’s now on my site for downloading.
The film is not really “done”. There is one voice over that we somehow never recorded, and for that I apologize (you’ll just hear Mike’s voice as he reads it for Tobin on set). There are a few moments where sound effects should have been added but never were. But for all it’s problems, I think it has a lot of strengths. So check it out. Hope you enjoy it.
The file is 193 MB and the film is 30 minutes long, so give yourself some time if you’re going to sit down and watch it start to finish.
Maybe we’ll record a director commentary track this winter. Who knows?

if you tell people the issues with a film, it’s makes them more obvious and they start to look for them (and more)making them feel it necessarry to comment on all the negative things (to show they were paying attention and such), trust me if you don’t tell them most will never mention it, i always go with it has some strong points and let them figure it all out.
